This is a special song, because I began writing it in at the camp of the LORD in Chandler, OK, (almost 1,000 people gathered for Sukkot 2016, camping out, or in RV's).

I was by the lakeside, just enjoying the soothing sound of the waves washing in, and thus this song was born.

Sukkot is a time appointed by God in the Bible, remembering when God brought the Israelites out of slavery, and how they camped in Sukkahs (akin to tents). It s a powerful way to declare trust in God to provide, not looking to a comfortable house, but to him, while dwelling in a flimsy tent!

There was immense joy at this gathering, which is like it says:

"and you shall REJOICE before the Lord your God for seven days." Lev. 23:40b

So the song makes reference to the Biblical establishment of this 7 day festival, and also talks of my personal experience dwelling with the LORD at Lion and Lamb's Sukkot 2016 in Chandler, OK. Hope you enjoy. : ) And... let me know if you hear the WAVES! ; )
